Booking terms and conditions :
Customers are required to remove all personal belongings, money and other items from their vehicle prior to any work being carried out. If there is no access to a particular part of the vehicle whether inside or outside for example if boot of the vehicle is not empty this area will not be cleaned.
The customer is responsible to provide uninterrupted power supply available. Any damage caused to equipment due to incorrect power supply the customer will be responsible for replacement or repair of the equipment.
Regal Vehicle Services will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle whilst being valeted or detailed.
We cannot guarantee the time allocated will be the exact time of arrival, this maybe due to traffic conditions, overrunning of the previous job or weather conditions.
We reserve the right to send any one of our trained staff to undertake the valet at short notice without penalty.
All bookings will require a deposit to be paid which is non refundable. This is to be paid at the time of booking to secure the booking. All full valets, interior valets and detailing work will require a 40% deposit to secure the booking before the date of service. (See our cancellation policy). We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card to secure the full amount if the vehicle is not available for cleaning and has not been cancelled in advance following our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to alter or move any bookings in line with weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.
All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customers risk.
If you book an engine bay detail, you need to read the disclaimer and agree to the notice before you agree to proceed with the service.
Regal Vehicle Services reserve the right to refuse or decline to carry out a job if they deem the environment is not suitable.
Regal Vehicle Services reserves the right to refuse or deny any requests or demands from a customer above and beyond the booked valet.
Regal Vehicle Services will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions needed if such behaviour is encountered.
Regal Vehicle Services reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of £35 for any work that is not within the boundaries of the service that is booked.
Our prices are based on valet type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price. All prices quoted online, via telephone or visit are estimates only and need to used as a guide and not a confirmed price.
Regal Vehicle Services reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, type of vehicle and customers location.
Regal Vehicle Services reserves the right to amend any price during the valet from the original estimate.
For the safety of our team we can only work mobile if we are on a private driveway. No public car parks or working on the side of busy roads. Industrial Estate’s are acceptable. Staff car parks are acceptable with appropriate management permission. The customer will be responsible for any payments/fines/fixed penalty tickets to the owners/operators of any location. If any vehicle owned or operated by Regal Vehicle Services is disabled in any way at the customers premises, car park or other location, the customer will be responsible for all costs involved with releasing the vehicle.
Prices on our website apply to jobs within 10 miles of Wembley, HA0. For bookings outside of this area, a fuel surcharge may be applicable.
Prices quoted are subject to change in regards to each vehicle’s condition. Each price is matched to what we believe the average condition of the vehicle should be and if your car requires more attention we will give you a new quote based on the state of the vehicle and the time that is required.
For any mobile valeting / detailing jobs outside of our covered area will require a 40% of the total cost paid prior to travelling to you. The remaining 60% of the balance will be due after the work is carried out.
Payments can be paid in Cash or via chip and pin machine or if you have used our services before you can pay via bank transfer, all balances are due on the day of the work being carried out. A receipt can be emailed to you. Regal Vehicle Services reserves the right not to release a vehicle back to the customer until payment has been made in full.
All detailing work will need a member of the team to come out and have a look at the vehicle prior to booking it in. If we are detailing at a client’s house, this space needs to be under cover, dry and also clean. We will need enough space that we can open all doors fully and still be able to walk round the vehicle.
We are insured to be working on your vehicle but we will not take responsibility for damage caused to vehicles whilst pressure washing and valeting due to a loose vehicle part. A scenario of this would be if we were pressure washing your car and the front badge came off from a previous front end accident or where it has been taken off before, we will not be held responsible for replacing this part.
Any damage observed to the painted surface i.e. scratches or marring, or marks in the interior of the vehicle must be reported within 24 hours of the service being carried out. We will not take responsibility for any damage/ marks caused after the 24hr period.
Cancellation terms and conditions
We require 48 hours notice to cancel any bookings.
Failure to provide 48hours notice will result in 40% of the valet price being taken.
Regal Vehicle Services reserves the right to take full payment if a valet and/or detailing is cancelled on the day without prior agreement.
Regal Vehicle Services reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but where possible will let the customer know.
